We have joined the 1% Program organized by Public Architecture and have pledged one percent of our hours to pro bono work. We also have a long history of offering consulting services to other architectural firms. We can provide building code and accessibility analysis on a wide range of project types, and have had extensive consulting experience in the residential, retail and restaurant sectors. Mr. Pais has served as an expert witness during litigation.
Pais Architects is registered as a Minority – Disadvantaged Business Enterprise with the Vermont, California, Maine, and New York Agencies of Transportation. We hold architecture licenses to practice architecture in four states, California, Maine, New York, and Vermont. Certification with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards allows for streamlined registration in other states if a project requires it.
